Oh, my gosh! My order came today. I was surprised to get it so fast. With great trepidation, I chopped the chicken, boiled the potatoes and carrots, sliced the peppers and onions and cooked them until tender, then added the Yellow Curry Sauce. Wow! It actually tastes as good as my favorite Thai Restaurants here in Utah. An amazing, true story, because I did it myself. My friend's son is off to Thailand this summer, and I'm letting him in on this CurrySimple secret. Thank You! It's absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!
