Spicy Thai Beef Salad - New Recipe!

This past week I was experimenting with my new Chilli Lime Sauce and came up with this absolutely incredible tasting recipe. It really only took about 10 minutes to make. I marinated the beef for about 30 minutes in an air tight Ziploc bag. I am not sure if it is possible but it might have even been better if I had marinated the beef overnight. Will test that one this week! Or, one of these days I will get around to buying a "food saver" machine that makes everything air tight. That is really the best way to marinate meat. The combination of the tomatoes, cucumber and onions was an excellent touch. Of course you can use whatever vegetables you have available in your refrigerator. I am positive this would be a great recipe with chicken, shrimp or about any other protein as well. The quality of the Chilli lime sauce ingredients were the best available in Thailand.
